Only one offer.
(Which we knew about a few days ago.)
Folks really want the place though. Offered one thousand over asking price!!
Only one condition of financing....with five business days to remove it.

We are pretty happy about it!!

Turns out they are Christians.

I had been praying that Christians would buy it...keep the testimony of Jesus in the neighbourhood.

And it's usually suggested that all religious paraphernalia be "put in hiding" but my policy is....It's up to God to sell  this place for us, so I'm not hiding away the fact that we trust in Him. Left all the Bible verses and texts where they were.

Guess it helped the buyers connect with the place.

Now we wait until Thursday to see if the bank will give 'em a loan.

I'm not worried. God's got this!
